Heard Sri Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.572 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238(a), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station- Syana, District- Bulandshahar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Though the applicant is named in the FIR, but he has nothing to do with the said offence. The FIR is delayed by about five days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. 5.
