The present third bail application has been filed by the applicant in S.T. No.733 of 2018, arising out of Case Crime No. 803 of 2018, under Sections - 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station - Sector-49 Noida, District - Gautam Budh Nagar, with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. 3. The second bail of applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2024, which is reproduced as below:- "1.
