Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Varun Pratap Singh, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of the accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 239 of 2024, under sections of 3/5A/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, 1955 and section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960, Police Station- Chandauli, District- Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 30.09.2024, i.e., more than a year under incarceration have been elapsed. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that similarly circumstanced co-accused, Amit Raj & Ambuj Prakash, have already been
