Heard Shri Arvind Prabodh Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Gautam Yadav, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 243 of 2025, under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 318(2), 61(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & Section 13(2) of the Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024, Police Station- Cantt., District- Gorakhpur. 3.
