Heard Sri Vipin Gangwar, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Deepak Dubey, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 447 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 103(1), 61(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Bhuta, District- Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The accused persons Sipin, Vipin and Gaurav are stated to have fired and caused gunshot injuries to the husband of the informant on 5.11.2024 at about 04:30 p.m. near Daulatpur petrol pump. The informant ran away to save her life. 5. The case of the murder of the brother-in-law (Dewar) of the informant was pending before the Bareilly
