Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.279 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238 B.N.S., Police Station- Kasna, District- Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant was the informant in the instant case and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of extra-judicial confession before two witnesses including one Gram Pradhan, which does not carry any weight and is not as per the provisions of Section 22 of Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam. 5.
