Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 254 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 190, 103(1), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station-Hasayan, District- Hathras, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Kuldeep has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 26622 of 2025. The applicant is languishing in jail since 04.02.2025 having no criminal history.
