Heard Sri Kameshwar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Dinesh Kumar Maurya, learned counsel for the informant as well as Ms. Ifrah Islam, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.397 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 333, 315(2), 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Sumerpur, District- Hamirpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith three other co-accused persons is stated to have assaulted and caused grievous injuries to the father of the informant and had even tried to take him by dragging from the house and on being objected to it by the wife of the informant, she was also beaten up on 23.9.2024 at about 08:30 a.m. 5.
