List has been revised. Learned counsel for the informant is not present. 2. Heard Sri Raja Ram Pal, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.239 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 3/5 B.N.S., Police Station- Chakia, District- Chandauli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The applicant is not named in the FIR and he has nothing to do with the said offence. His name has come up subsequently in the statement of informant on the basis of suspicion only, whereby he heard certain rumors in the village that applicant had gone with the deceased person and had committed the said offence. 5.
