This repeat application for bail has been filed by applicant-Sanjeet Lodhi seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 35 of 2020 under Sections 498A, 304B, 302 I.P.C. and Sections 3/4 D. P. Act, Police Station- Sultanpur, Ghosh, District-Fatehpur during the pendency of trial i.e. Sessions Trial No. 466 of 2020 (State Vs. Sanjeet Lodhi) now pending in the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Court No.3, Fatehpur. 4. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a an order dated 15.03.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 39469 of 2021 (Sanjeet Vs. State of U.P..).
