By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in Case Crime No. 114 of 2024 at Police Station Kishanpur District Fatehpur under Section 147, 148, 307, 323, 504, 506, 302/34 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 03.06.2024. The bail application of the applicant was rejected by the learned trial court on 23.09.2024. The applicant has been identified as one of the principal offenders who shared the common intent with other principal offenders to commit the offence.
