The present bail application has been filed by the applicant seeking enlargement of bail in Case Crime No. 265 of 2023 under Sections 8, 21, 27, 27(A), 29, 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 14 Foreigners Act, Police Section Beeta-2, Greater Noida, District Gautam Buddha Nagar, during the pendency of the trial before the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive, on the basis of false and planted recovery of 46.200 Kg cocaine and there is no public witness of the alleged recovery.
