Mishra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shyam Lal, learned counsel for applicant, Sri R.P. Patel, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.203 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Chetganj, Kashi (Commissionerate Varanasi), District Varanasi with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. PROSECUTION STORY: 4. The applicant and deceased persons were staying in a hotel room booked by OYO App in Varanasi, whereby they are stated to have entered into a brawl and the applicant is stated to have thrown her from the window causing her death on 19.12.2024 at about 04:30 p.m. ARGUMENTS ON BEHALF OF APPLICANT: 5.
