GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Learned A.G.A. for the State has informed that notice has been served on the informant on 03.04.2025. Thus, notice to the informant is deemed to be sufficient. 2. List revised. None appears on behalf of informant despite service of notice. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the F.I.R. was lodged in unknown with regard to the missing of informant's minor daughter aged about 15 years. The victim in her statements recorded under Section 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. has made allegations of rape upon him against four persons including the applicant and one co-accused, Sahil against whom the victim
