This bail application has been moved on behalf of appellant-applicant, Munendra Singh @ Neeru, praying to enlarge him on bail in Sessions Trial No. 36 of 2011, (CNR No. UPRN-01001995-2011) State of U.P. vs. Mukesh @ Pinku and others, under Sections- 323/34, 308/34, 302/34, 504 and 506 IPC, P.S.- Rasoolabad, District- Kanpur Dehat arising out of Case Crime No. 164 of 2010, during the pendency of this appeal.
