The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Sections 397/401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) read with Section 482 of the CrPC seeking setting aside of the order 2. By the impugned order the learned ASJ allowed the revision petition filed by Respondent No.2/prosecutrix and thereby directed framing of charges against the petitioner for the offence under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). By order dated 17.08.2023 the learned MM in compliance of the impugned order framed charges against the petitioner for the offence under
