HON'BLE ZAFEER AHMAD, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant-State and learned counsel for the respondent. 2. This is an appeal filed by the State challenging the judgement and order dated 28.2.2020 passed in Writ Petition No. 7225(SS) of 2012 by which the writ petion of the respondent filed for considering him for regularization of the service has been allowed in terms of the earlier judgment passed in Writ Petition No. 4314(S/S) of 1991; Raja Ram Pandey versus The State of U.P. and others. 3. On 16.12.2024 the statement was made that the judgment impugned has been complied with, today Sri Manish Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant-State has informed that in fact the claim of the respondent was considered and allowed vide order dated 3.12.2020 and his service have been regularized w.e.f. 5.1.1991. 4.
