This Court notes that the present writ petition has been filed challenging the demolition action of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) in respect of property bearing Khasra No. 86/21-22, Village Jaunti, Jaunti Garhi Road, New Delhi-110081. 3.
