This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to open/construct a gate and clear the pathway to Community Health Centre Rudhauli, District Basti. 2. A perusal of the petition indicates that except for certain cursory representations, no material has been placed on record to indicate the grievance, if any, qua the subject matter of the petition. 3. Filing of PILs in wholly cursory manner by making cursory representations cannot be countenanced. 4. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
