This writ petition styled as public interest litigation was filed on 17.12.2019 seeking construction of tail gull of Mathur Nahar Rajbaha of Sharda Nahar Prakhand on the tail gull situated in village Patranga, Tehsil Rudauli, District- Ayodhya. 3. The facts asserted in the writ petition have been denied by the opposite party nos. 1, 2, 5 and 6 by filing a counter affidavit to which no rejoinder affidavit has been filed. 4.
