This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking disposal of the pending representation. 2. Submissions have been made that consolidation proceedings pertaining to village in question ended in the year 2019, however, the record pertaining to the same was deposited by the Lekhpal after five years. The petitioner made representation to the Consolidation Commissioner inter alia indicating the said illegality committed by the Lekhpal and requiring inquiry into the said action, however, no action has been taken by the respondents and therefore, direction in this regard be issued. 3.
