This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioner seeking removal of Temple over Plot Nos.80 and 81, M.K. Puram, residential colony Paschimpuri, Sikandra, Agra, District -Agra. 2. Submissions have been made that the construction in question is taking place though the said plots have not been reserved for Temple purpose and, therefore, the respondents be directed to remove the construction. 3. Counsel for the petitioner was asked specifically as to whether, for the purpose of raising construction of Temple, specific permission and/or the land being reserved for the said purpose is required, counsel, except for making general submissions on the said aspect, could not point out any provision in this regard. 4.
