Pollution Control Board i.e. opposite parties no. 5 and 6. The said persons are no longer functioning as Chairman and Member Secretary. Other persons have been appointed subsequently. As regards framing of Rules sought in relief no. 2, the same have been framed, as informed by Mr. Ashok Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the Board, namely, The Uttar Pradesh Pollution Control Board (Conditions of Service of Chairman and Member Secretary) Rules, 2021.
