This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners seeking quashing of the proposal dated 19.06.2022, whereby the land pertaining to Gata No. 867 of Gram Panchayat Bayarigaon situated in its hamlet Jhanjhana Khera was selected for construction of Sub Primary Health Centre. 2. The plea raised by the 9 petitioners is that the signature on the proposal (Annexure-1) of petitioner no. 1, an elected member of the Gram Panchayat has been forged. 3.
