Instructions received from the Tehsildar, Raniganj, Pratapgarh, are taken on record. 2. At the outset, Shri Hari Om Singh, learned Standing Counsel informs this Court that as per communication received from the Tehsildar, Raniganj, Pratapgarh, the encroachments mentioned with regard to Plot No.249 area 1.4820 hectares and Plot No.247 area 0.2180 hectare have been removed and the encroachers have been ejected from the land in question. After ejectment and removal of encroachment, whatever portion of the constructions remain, it is in the nature of khandahar (dilapidated) over which no body is in possession and said plots are completely protected. 3.
