By way of this application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 37/2024, registered at Police Station Cyber Police Dwarka, Delhi, for the commission of offence punishable under Sections 420/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter „IPC‟). 2. Briefly stated, the facts of the case are that a complaint was filed by the victim, Sh. Mohinder Singh Grover, regarding an online fraud amounting to approximately ₹45,00,000/-, committed on the BAIL APPLN. 1699/2025 3.
