This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 13.09.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 3985/2023, titled Arushi Tanwar v. Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan & Anr., whereby the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein was allowed with the following directions: “7. In the light of the above, we are of the considered opinion that the balance of convenience in the instant OA clearly lies with the applicant. By depriving the opportunity of being interviewed to the applicant, the respondents have caused great injustice and prejudice to the applicant's career prospects. 2.
