The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence seeks leave under section 378(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 19731 to assail judgement of acquittal dated 5th October, 2013 passed by the ASJ/ Special Judge NDPS, South District, Saket Court Complex in Sessions Case No. 51/A/08, registered under Sections 21 and 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.2 By the said order, the ASJ has acquitted the Respondent of the offences under Sections 21(c) and 29 of the NDPS Act.
