The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 128/2022 dated 31.08.2022, registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing for the offences under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (‘IPC’). 2. Briefly stated, the FIR was registered on a complaint given by one Rohitshave Kumar/complainant (father of the applicant) thereby alleging that he is the owner of the property bearing No. 1/4417, Ram Nagar Extension, Main Mandoli Road, Shahdara, Delhi (hereafter ‘subject property’).
