Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Suraj Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant, Sri Chandan Singh the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the entire material available on record. 2. The applicant-Tausheeq has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.423 of 2024, under Sections 64(1), 137(2), 87, 115(2), 123, 127(2) I.P.C., and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station Shivpur, District Varanasi, during the pendency of the trial. 3. The prosecution story in brief is that on 20.09.2024 at about 07:00 A.M. the informant's daughter aged about 14 years had gone to school at about 02:00 P.M., but she did not return and when the informant searched her, he came to know that the applicant enticed her away and committed wrong with her. 4.
