Shri Parvish Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant at the very outset submits that he wishes to withdraw the present bail application in view of the decision of the Apex Court whereby the order granting bail to the applicant in the base case, under Gangster Act, has been set aside. Accordingly, prayer for withdrawal, made by the learned counsel for the applicant, is allowed and the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. Office is directed to return the certified copy of the First Information report as well as other documents to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining the photo copies of the same on record.
