Heard Sri Vidhu Bhushan Singh, learned Senior Counsel assisted by Sri Rudra Pratap Pandey, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.181 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 115(2), 352 B.N.S., Police Station Allahganj, District Shahjahanpur, during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have caught hold of the deceased person and the co-accused person Jairbir Singh had caused stab wound to him, thereby leading him to death on 13.06.2025 at about 9:30 p.m. 6. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is
