Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 105 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) of BNS and Sections 3/25/27 of Arms Act, Police Station - Rampur Maniharan, District - Saharanpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Suraj Panwar @ Bhura, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 16.10.2025 passed in Criminal Misc.
