Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 181 of 2025, under Section 103(1) of BNS, Police Station - Uruwa Bazar, District - Gorakhpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The informant was present at the time of inquest proceedings which was conducted in the morning of 14.07.2025 and was concluded at 08:30 AM itself but he did not whisper a single word against the applicant or any other person whatsoever. 5.
