Heard Sri Ishtiyaq Ali, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ali Hasan, learned counsel for the applicant as well as Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 91 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 331(4), 351(3) B.N.S. and 4/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Rura, District- Kanpur Dehat, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence. The applicant is not named in the FIR and his name has come up subsequently in the statement of informant that too on the basis of suspicion only. 5.
