Azmat, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ashish Kumar Tripathi, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Present application has been moved seeking bail in Case Crime No. 208 of 2025, under Sections 309(4), 103(1), 317(2), 61(2)A BNS, Police Station Kokhraj, District Kaushambi with the prayer that in the event of arrest, applicant may be released on bail. 3. It is contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is innocent. He further submits that no offence is made out against the applicant. It is further submitted that similarly placed co-accused Mohd Akram, Amit Kumar and Aftab have already been granted bail by co- ordinate Benches of this Court vide orders dated 21.7.2025, 28.7.2025 and 19.8.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 21399,
