Heard Shri Rishabh Agarwal, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned AGA for the State-respondents and perused the record. 2. This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sumit Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 467 of 2025, under Section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters & Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Tundla, District- Firozabad. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. In gang-chart annexed as Annexure No. 2, two cases have been shown and in those cases, the applicant is on bail. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the applicant has no criminal history except the cases mentioned in the gang-chart. 4. It
