Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Ashish Mehrotra, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 359 of 2025, under Section 136 of Electricity Act, Police Station Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar, during pendency of the trial. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. He submits that the FIR has been lodged against the unknown person and the applicant has been roped in the present case due to political rivalry by the local administration.
