Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned A.G.A. for the State-opposite party, and Sri Bipin Kumar, learned counsel for the informant. 2. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 216 of 2025, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut during the pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant was not named in the first information report and has been falsely implicated in the present case. As per the first information report, five named accused are alleged to have fired at the son of the informant. The name of the applicant was disclosed by named co-accused Shoeb in the police custody.
