Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.144 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 109(1), 352 B.N.S., Police Station- Binauli, District- Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the named accused persons Ayush and Arjun are stated to have committed murder of the brother of the informant on 14.5.2025 at about 05:15 p.m. The applicant is assigned the role of having conspired to get the said offence committed. 5.
