This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicants, Gautam, Vanshraj, Vidhayak, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 279 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station Saiyadraja, District Chandauli, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused-applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 21.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that four alive animals were recovered during interception. False recovery
