This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Nishad @ Cheepa, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.299 of 2025, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Ante Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station-Kotwali Dehat, District-Bulandshahr. 3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive.
