This is an application seeking bail of the applicant in Case Crime No. 2 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 506, 120-B, 34 of IPC and Section 66-D of the Information Technology Act, Police Station Cyber Crime Sambhal, District Sambhal during the pendency of the trial. Record reveals that the affidavit of the bail application has been sworn by one Mohammad Talim, Son of Mohammad Yasin, R/o Qureshiyan, Chandausi, PO Chandausi, District Sambhal.
