This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sameer, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No.74 of 2025, under Sections 74, 331(4), 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 7/8 POCSO Act, Police Station Thuthibari, District Maharajganj, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below. 3.
