This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Pawan Kumar, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 255 of 2025, under Sections 303 (2), 123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 66D of IT Act, Police Station Gandhi Park, District Aligarh, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
