The present bail application has been filed by the applicant Ravindra Khatik with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Case Crime No.251 of 2025, under Sections 109 B.N.S. and 4/25 of Arms Act, Police Station- Shahpur, District-Gorakhpur, during pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the accused applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in the present case and is languishing in jail since 22.05.2025. First Information Report has been lodged by the First Informant with the allegation that on the date of incident the applicant has given blow by Baaki to one Vivek Singh and when the first informant and one Sukhlal tried to save him the applicant assaulted first informant and Sukhal.
