This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 179 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the U.P. Cow Slaughter (Prevention) Act, and Section 11 of Cruelty of Animals (Prevention) Act, Police Station Chakiya, District Chandauli. 3.
