This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Manish @ Mangal , seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 1019 of 2024, under Sections 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 3/25/27 of Arms Act, and Section 10/3 U.P. Control of Goondas Act, Police Station Kavi Nagar, District Ghaziabad, during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
