Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Arimardan Yadav, learned AGA for the State-Respondent and perused the record. This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 83 of 2025, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code, and Section 12(1)(b) of Passport Act, 1967, Police Station Gagaha, District Gorakhpur. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that the first passport of the applicant was issued on 13.01.2004 and was valid upto 14.02.2014. Further, the second passport of the applicant was issued on 28.06.2017 and was valid upto 27.06.2027. He submits that the applicant has not committed any fraud for issuing any passport and there was
