GAUTAM CHOWDHARY, J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. In the F.I.R. the informant alleges that after being lured and administering some intoxicated substance to his daughter the applicant had committed her rape, which incident did not tell by the victim to anyone, when she informed the applicant about pain in her stomach, the applicant took his daughter on 15.04.2025 forcibly and got aborted her in a hospital. In her statements recorded under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. the victim had stated that on alleged date the applicant reached at her house and after intoxicating her he established sexual relation with her, and also mad
